As per Dundalk's shipping terms, the customer is responsible for unloading the crate from the delivery truck. If the crate is 92" or shorter, it can be unloaded using a liftgate. If it’s longer than 92", the customer must arrange for equipment to unload it or use one of the alternative methods provided.
