Refund and Return Policy

Order Cancellation Policy

• Up to 14 days from order entry: You can cancel your order without penalty.
• After 14 days: A $65 cancellation fee will apply.
• Within 7 days of the ship date: Orders cannot be canceled.
• Canadian Timber Collection: Customers have 24 hours from the order entry to cancel for the $65 cancellation fee.

Order Change Policy

• Up to 14 days from order entry: You can edit or change your order without penalty.
• After 14 days: A $65 change/edit fee will apply for modifications such as adding/removing products, changing options, or altering the shipping address.
• Within 7 days of the ship date: Orders cannot be edited or changed.
• After shipment: If you wish to change the shipping address, a $250 fee will apply.
• Canadian Timber Collection: Dealers have 24 hours to make changes to the order for the $65 fee. After 24 hours, no changes can be made.

Return Policy

• We do not accept returns due to Saunas are shipping from Canada, The costs of returning products across the border is too expensive.
  
• You do get a 5 Year Warranty Incase anything happens with your Sauna, Tub, and etc.

Order Cancellations

• You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase with no penalty.

• After 24 hours, all cancellations are subject to fees outlined in our policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• All returned items must be in their original packaging.

• Products must be unused and unaltered.

Inspection & Refunds

• All returned products will be inspected upon arrival at our warehouse.

• Refunds will only be issued once the item is confirmed to be in acceptable condition.

• Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.

• We reserve the right to refuse refunds if items are damaged or do not meet return conditions.
