Golden Designs units are held in U.S.-based warehouses, allowing for a more streamlined shipping experience.
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Transit Time: Once shipped, delivery usually takes 1–6 business days, depending on your location.
Carrier: We ship via trusted freight carriers with tracking provided as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.
White Glove Option: For select regions, White Glove Delivery may be available upon request (includes in-home placement, unpacking, and debris removal).
You can expect your sauna to arrive within 5–9 business days from the time your order is placed.
Leisurecraft saunas are crafted in Canada using premium materials and timeless woodworking techniques. Despite their high-end craftsmanship, these saunas are stocked and ship far more quickly than typical made-to-order products.
Processing Time: Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 2–4 business days.
Transit Time: Freight delivery typically takes 8–10 business days, depending on location and carrier coordination.
Estimated Total Delivery Time: 10–14 business days
Every sauna is shipped with great care via LTL freight. Once your order is on the way, you'll receive detailed tracking and direct contact from the carrier to schedule your delivery.
All orders include complimentary shipping across the contiguous United States. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number and estimated delivery date. Freight carriers will coordinate directly with you to schedule your delivery window.
Please note that saunas are delivered curbside unless otherwise arranged. For White Glove Delivery or remote access accommodations, contact our support team in advance.
