Golden Designs Sauna – 5-Year Limited Warranty for Our Customers

We are proud to offer saunas manufactured by Golden Designs, Inc. under the Dynamic brand name, which are backed by a 5-Year Limited Warranty covering defects in material and workmanship.

What’s Covered

This warranty covers the wood, structure, heating elements, and electronics of your sauna, from the original date of purchase, for a period of 1 to 5 years, depending on the component. The warranty is valid only for indoor use. Any use of the sauna outdoors, or exposure to weather elements such as rain, snow, wind, or sun, will void this warranty.

Additionally, any modifications or alterations to the sauna or its components may void the warranty.

Warranty Coverage & Limitations

This limited warranty applies only to original purchasers located in the continental United States or Canada, and only at the original installation site. Proof of purchase (sales receipt with purchase date) is required for any warranty service. The warranty is non-transferable and becomes void if the sauna is relocated or resold.

All Golden Designs products are manufactured using high-quality components. Some items, such as stereos or DVD/CD players, are warranted through their respective manufacturers. Any defective parts replaced under this warranty become the property of Golden Designs, Inc.

Note: The warranty covers parts only and does not cover labor costs.

Exclusions – What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage due to negligence, misuse, or abuse

• Alterations or repairs not authorized by Golden Designs

• Installation on non-approved surfaces or outdoor use

• Use of paints, stains, or lacquers

• Normal wear and tear, including minor wood cracks from natural expansion and contraction

• Use not in accordance with manufacturer instructions

• Removal or defacement of the serial number

• Shipping costs for returns or replacements

Shipping costs, taxes, duties, and insurance associated with the return or delivery of warranty-covered parts are the customer's responsibility.

Limitations of Liability

Neither we, as your retailer, nor Golden Designs, Inc., shall be held liable for:

• Loss of use or access to the sauna

• Removal or replacement of any custom fixtures or enclosures

• Any incidental or consequential damages, including injury or property damage

Some states may not allow certain warranty limitations or exclusions, so your rights may vary depending on where you live.

How to Claim Warranty

If you experience an issue covered under this warranty, please contact us with:

• A description of the issue

• Your proof of purchase

• Photos if applicable

We will coordinate with Golden Designs to resolve the issue in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty policy.
