Order Cancellations

• You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase with no penalty.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• All returned items must be in their original packaging.

• Products must be unused and unaltered.

• You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from us before returning any items.

• Returns without an RMA will not be accepted and all related shipping costs will be the buyer’s responsibility.

Inspection & Refunds

• All returned products will be inspected upon arrival at our warehouse.

• Refunds will only be issued once the item is confirmed to be in acceptable condition.

• Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.
