Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• All returned items must be in their original packaging.

• Products must be unused and unaltered.

Inspection & Refunds

• All returned products will be inspected upon arrival at our warehouse.

• Refunds will only be issued once the item is confirmed to be in acceptable condition.

• Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.

2. Can this sauna be placed outdoors? This model is designed for indoor use. Placing it outdoors is not recommended unless adequately protected from the weather.
3. How long does it take to heat up? Typically, it reaches the optimal temperature range of 118°F–132°F within 15–30 minutes, depending on ambient conditions.
