Order Cancellation Policy
- Up to 14 days from order entry: You can cancel your order without penalty.
- After 14 days: A $65 cancellation fee will apply.
- Within 7 days of the ship date: Orders cannot be canceled.
- Canadian Timber Collection: Dealers have 24 hours from the order entry to cancel for the $65 cancellation fee.
Order Change Policy
- Up to 14 days from order entry: You can edit or change your order without penalty.
- After 14 days: A $65 change/edit fee will apply for modifications such as adding/removing products, changing options, or altering the shipping address.
- Within 7 days of the ship date: Orders cannot be edited or changed.
- After shipment: If you wish to change the shipping address, a $250 fee will apply.
- Canadian Timber Collection: Dealers have 24 hours to make changes to the order for the $65 fee. After 24 hours, no changes can be made.
Return Policy
- We do not accept returns due to the high costs of returning products across the border.
- You do get a 5 Year Warranty Incase anything happens with your Sauna, Tub, Shower and etc.
